Hello! I’m Dr. Lynnelle M. Flores.
I’m a physician with double board certifications in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, and I bring over 15 years of experience in Primary Care and Urgent Care. Since the pandemic, I’ve expanded my practice to include telemedicine as well.
My approach to patient care is both comprehensive and holistic. I am deeply passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health by partnering with them to care for their body, soul, and spirit. Empowering patients to take charge of their health is at the heart of my practice, and I firmly believe in working together to achieve the best possible outcomes.
That’s why I named my practice TAMGOWY HEALTH DIRECT CARE. Tamgowy (pronounced Tam-go-we) stands for “That All May Go Well with You.”
This inspiration comes from the verse:

I believe in building a long-term partnership between patient and physician, with visits that are relaxed, unrushed, and focused on you as an individual. This approach is best achieved through the Direct Primary Care model, which allows me to deliver personalized, compassionate care while applying the principles of Lifestyle Medicine.
