INTRODUCING: WALK WITH DOC BUFFALO GROVE CHAPTER
I am excited to share with you that i recently started my own chapter of Walk with a Doc! It will be held at Willow Stream Park, 600 Farrington Drive, Buffalo Grove starting on April 18th at 9 am. It will be held every 3rd Saturday of the month thereafter.
This doctor-led walking group is a fun and safe place to get some steps, learn about health, meet new friends and enjoy nature.
The events are FREE and all are welcome!
