LOCATION: Willow Stream Park, 651 Old Checker Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL

This is a FREE doctor-led walking group designed to support your health while connecting with others and enjoying nature. Each session includes a brief health education followed by a relaxed, self-paced walk- no pressure, just movement, fresh air and good company.
This is a great way to get active, learn about health and meet people in the community. Open to all ages and fitness levels.
